The organisation and club dashboards
What every figure on the organisation Home and the club Home dashboards counts.
Supporter Club has two dashboards. The organisation Home shows how your whole organisation is doing. Each club has its own Home with that club's figures. This page explains what each figure counts.
Every money figure on both dashboards counts succeeded donations only. Donations with any other status, such as pending or failed, are not included. For what each status means, see Donation statuses.
The organisation Home
Click Home at the top of the sidebar. This is also the screen you see when you open the admin.
Overview
The Overview panel shows a chart and six figures for the whole organisation. Money figures are shown in your organisation's currency.
| Figure | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Raised | The total of all succeeded donations, across every club. |
| Donations | The number of succeeded donations. |
| Average Donation | Raised divided by Donations. Shows "–" until there is at least one succeeded donation. |
| Clubs | The number of published clubs. Draft and unpublished clubs are not counted. |
| Ambassadors | The number of active ambassador memberships across all clubs. Inactive ambassadors are not counted. |
| Supporters | The number of active supporter memberships across all clubs. |
Ambassadors and Supporters count memberships, not people. A donor who is a supporter of two clubs counts twice.
The Overview chart
The chart shows the running total raised over time, in your organisation's currency.
- It covers the period from the first day of the month 12 months ago up to today.
- There is one point per week. Weeks start on Monday.
- The axis is labelled by month.
- The line starts at the total raised before that period, not at zero.
Top Clubs
Top Clubs ranks your published clubs by the total of their succeeded donations, highest first. The columns are # (rank), Name and Raised. Raised is shown in your organisation's currency.
The panel shows 5 clubs at a time. Use the paging controls under the table to see more. Click a club's name to open that club.
Top Ambassadors
Top Ambassadors ranks ambassadors across all your clubs. The columns are #, First name, Last name, Club and Raised. Raised is shown in your organisation's currency.
An ambassador's Raised figure is the total of succeeded donations from supporters who joined through that ambassador's referral. It does not include the ambassador's own donations.
Every ambassador membership is ranked, including inactive ambassadors. An ambassador of two clubs appears once for each club.
The panel shows 5 ambassadors at a time, with paging controls under the table. Click a name to open that ambassador's membership.
The club Home
Open a club from Clubs in the sidebar. The club's Home is the first item in the club's sidebar.
If the club's home page is live, a View page button appears at the top of the screen. It opens the public page in a new tab. The button is not shown while the club is not live.
Overview
The club's Overview panel shows a chart and these figures for that club only. Money figures are shown in the club's currency.
| Figure | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Raised | The total of the club's succeeded donations. If the club has an amount-raised goal, the percentage of the target reached is shown beside it, in brackets. |
| Target | The largest amount-raised goal set for the club. Shows "–" if the club has no amount-raised goal. If a goal has a date, "by" and the latest goal date are shown beside it. |
| Donations | The number of the club's succeeded donations. |
| Average | Raised divided by Donations, followed by "per donation". |
| Ambassadors | The number of active ambassador memberships in the club. |
| Supporters | The number of active supporter memberships in the club. |
Target and the percentage use the club's own goals only, not goals set on individual memberships. To set goals, see Goals and matched donations.
When matched donations are on
If matched donations are enabled for the club, the Overview shows two more figures, and Donations gains a suffix:
- Matched: the total amount matched.
- Impact: Raised plus Matched.
- "N matched" beside Donations: how many of the club's succeeded donations were matched.
A donation counts as matched if it was recorded in Supporter Club on or after the club's matching Starts date and before its Ends date. This goes by when the donation's record was created, not by its Date, so a back-dated donation you record by hand is judged by the day you entered it. See Goals and matched donations. If only one date is set, only that limit applies. If neither is set, every donation counts. The matched amount of a donation is its amount in the club's currency multiplied by the matching Factor.
These figures use the club's current matching settings. If you change the Factor or the dates, the figures change for past donations too. To turn matching on or change it, see Goals and matched donations.
The club Overview chart
The chart shows the running total raised by the club over time.
- It covers the period from the first day of the month 12 months ago up to today, with one point per week.
- The line starts at the total the club raised before that period, not at zero.
If the club has an amount-raised goal, dashed lines mark the club's goals:
- a green dashed line for each goal the club has already reached;
- a yellow dashed line for the next goal it has not yet reached.
Leaderboard
The club's Leaderboard shows the top 5 ambassadors in that club. The columns are #, First name, Last name and Raised. There is no paging, so only the top 5 are shown.
An ambassador's Raised figure is the total of the club's succeeded donations from supporters who joined through that ambassador's referral. Every ambassador membership in the club is ranked, including inactive ambassadors. Click a name to open that ambassador's membership.
